Charles Fleischer (born 27 August 1950, Washington, D.C.) is an American stand-up comedian, actor and musician, best known as the voice of the title character in Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988). Long before that role, his stand-up one-liners circulated in newspaper comedy columns — including the 1982 exit line that is the earliest documented form of this quip.
